I, Rehan Rodrigues, a proud native of Mumbai, India, hail from the vibrant land of Bollywood. I was born and raised in Mumbai, and I’ve always had a deep connection with sports and fitness, a connection that began shaping my life at the age of 12.

My fitness journey started with completing my initial personal trainers certification in strength and resistance training from the esteemed Gold Gym Fitness Institute in India. Recognizing the ever-evolving nature of the fitness industry and fueled by my insatiable curiosity about human physiology and anatomy, I went on to pursue a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Science and a Master’s in Physical Education. My educational pursuits delved into various aspects such as strength training, nutrition, biomechanics, and the intricate anatomy and physiology of the human body.

I am a firm believer in the power of identifying and overcoming limiting factors. I understand that achieving truly exceptional results in training requires mastering this crucial skill. I emphasize that overall fitness is a culmination of three interconnected aspects that work harmoniously to help individuals reach their fitness goals and maintain good health.

As a passionate traveler, I have explored different countries and experienced life as a crew member. Alongside my love for travel, football and fitness have remained constant passions in my life, inspiring me to design bodyweight and strength training workout routines specifically tailored for individuals who are constantly on the go and have limited time and access to fully equipped gyms. I focus on helping people build muscle, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and provide personalized nutritional plans.

I firmly believe that when it comes to improving health, losing fat, and gaining muscle, there are three primary limiting factors that encompass the big picture. Achieving fitness, leanness, and good health necessitate an active lifestyle coupled with my committed dedication to purposeful and intense exercise.

Recognizing the significance of a healthy body as the foundation for a happy life, I acknowledge that each individual is unique and possesses their own set of traits. When I design personalized fitness and lifestyle plans, I take these individual characteristics into account. I wholeheartedly apply my extensive knowledge and go above and beyond to motivate and make the journey toward a healthy life enjoyable and entertaining.

One of the things that sets me apart as a trainer is my ability to mix up my approach and use my creativity to help my clients achieve their goals and I am always on the lookout for new and innovative ways to challenge my clients and keep them engaged.

My philosophy for training involves a holistic approach that is versatile and focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and mobility. My motivation to help my clients achieve their goals drives me to continually innovate and discover new ways to challenge them and keep them engaged. By using my knowledge and experience, as well as my creativity and innovation, I am able to tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client and help them achieve their desired outcomes.

Wide Range Of Equipment

I believe that variety is key to keeping clients motivated and engaged, and it also helps prevent boredom. Therefore, I use a wide range of equipment, such as resistance bands, medicine balls, and TRX suspension trainers, as well as bodyweight exercises and traditional strength training.
