As an established fitness trainer with over seven years of experience, my philosophy for training involves taking a holistic approach that is versatile and focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and mobility. I believe that these three pillars are essential for achieving optimal physical and mental health, and therefore I incorporate them into all of my training programs.
Founder
My goal was to push myself harder with weight training, gain muscle and lose fat. My body was pushed to the limit, but in a gradual manner; I lost a lot of fat in the initial months (this was in part thanks to Rehan’s advice on my nutrition and cardio regime). I trained with Rehan for only 3 months, but I was definitely moving in the right direction with respect to my goals.
